Honolulu, the capital city of Hawaii islands is called as the Los Angeles of the Pacific because of the tall buildings that forms a distinctive feature of this city. In the Northern region of the city you will find various water sport and other recreational activities like hiking, sky diving, paragliding, Horse riding etc. The town of Haleiwa located in the northern region of Hawaii is well known for its art and architecture. It’s a famous tourist spot wherein you will find a lot of carved paintings and sculptures.

Another destination that you would like to visit if you happen to be in Honolulu is the Ala Moana beach. Along with the beach this place has a shopping mall so one can accomplish both the activities of shopping and enjoying on a beach at the same time. In the centre of Oahu you will find the Ewa plains which are surrounded by 2 mountain ranges, Koolau and Waianae mountain ranges. In the western region you will find more number of cool beaches besides the oceans, tropical forests and steep cliffs.
