Ko Olina is a great place to call home

Ko Olina real estate is a great place to call home and has six neighborhoods located in the resort environment. Five of the communities offer access to Ko Olina sports club which provides tennis courts, gyms, and discounts to use within the area. 

The area is home to four lagoons and many miles of trails. The resort is also only three miles from the area of Kapolei, which is an easy access to go shopping. 

The first housing district, Kai Lani, is on the right when first entering the resort. It is home to 30 different homes each with a distinct view of the ocean and many only being separated by the coast with a strip of conservation land. This is the smallest district, but offers the best in terms of views.

The next district is the Coconut Plantation. It is designed to reflect Oahu’s plantation villages from the turn of the century. It is home to 68 villas and 203 cottages.  It is across from the new Disney resort, Aulani and sits next to the Ted Robinson 18-Hole Championship golf course. Other amenities in the area include a community clubhouse that houses a swimming pool, sauna, whirlpool, and BBQ.

The next area in the resort is also the newest, the Ko Olina Beach Villas. This is the first beach front property to offer a year round residency. It consists of two high rise buildings that are between 7 and 16 stories high.  This is Ko Olina’a most prestigious package offers.

Ko Olina Kai Golf Estates is another housing area. This is home to 60 single family homes and they are the only single family homes in the entire Ko Olina resort. They are located in the perimeter of the golf course and are all fairway lots. The rest of the community is comprised of additional 6 unit buildings and a community pool.  There is a walking trail that leads to the community pro shop and the first tee box of the golf course.

The Fairways are built along the perimeter of the golf course. These units are offered in various sizes and overlook the golf course.  These are reasonably priced. Also towards the same end of the resort are the Hillside Villas. They provide a relaxed and great way of life. 

The last area of the resort is The Beach Villas at Ko Olina. They are located on the second of Ko Olina’s four signature lagoons. Models range from 1,100 to 1,500 square feet and come in 2 and 3 bedrooms. 

The Ko Olina Resort is a world class place to live. Some owners only use their homes for part of the year but find a market for renting their homes out the rest of the year.  Owners have the options of adding several types of amenities to their individual homes. Not to mention each community comes with additional bonuses such as pools, shops, and ways to relax and enjoy paradise. Ka Olina is the way Hawaii should be enjoyed.
