Cove Waikiki Condos for Sale

The Cove Waikiki is a mid-rise, three-building condominium that is set to start construction in Honolulu, March 2012. This condominium is not going to be designed to be a luxury condo.  It instead is for those who would like to be able to get around Waikiki easier and be for casual yet contemporary people.

This building will sit on 1.6 acres, and it is placed near the entrance of Waikiki. The neighborhood it is located at is somewhat secluded. The condominium will feature 117 one and two bedroom units. The one-bedroom units are stated to start around $350,000 and be an average of 561 to 704 square feet. Two-bedroom units should have a starting price of $400,000 and be between 787 and 925 square feet.

There are currently 190 spots for parking on the plans. The condos will sit on the higher floors with parking below them. Some residents will be able to acquire more than one parking space. 

Amenities have been designed to be low maintenance. The rooms are designed with a beach feel in mind.  Most units have carpets, but residents can upgrade to wooden floors if they prefer. The amenities that are featured include: large bay windows, fully-equipped kitchen, granite countertops, custom tile flooring and cabinetry, tile showers with glass doors, and designer fixtures. The penthouse units are equipped with 10-foot ceilings. Outside amenities include a pool, Private Park, outdoor BBQ pits, and nearly 26,000 square feet of gardens and landscaped yards.
