Lanikea at Waikiki

Lanikea at Waikiki is a high-rise condominium that was completed in 2005.  It is the first high rise in Waikiki since 1993.  It is located between Olahana Street and Kalaimoku Street.  The north side of the building faces Kuhio Avenue.  Waikiki Beach is only a few blocks away.

This condominium is 29 stories high with 96 two-bedroom units.  There are four units on each floor to provide residents with spacious living accommodations.  There are 192 parking spots with 2 spots available for each unit.  All units are over 1,000 square feet and can be purchased for prices between $600,000 and $1 million.  Each unit has a view either facing the ocean or the mountains.  The higher up the unit the better the view is, and the higher units are typically the most expensive.

Lanikea at Waikiki has very modern condos available.  Each unit has central air and insulated walls and glass, which is actually not that common in Waikiki.  All units come with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.  Pets are also welcome with approval from management.

Residents will never have to worry about security because there are different varieties of precautionary measures.  The community is gated with a security guard.  The two elevators need keys to access them.  There are also video cameras in common areas and security patrol.

There are a number of amenities that guests can access.  For instance there is a large pool with a lap area, a recreation deck, spa and whirlpool, pavilion, and BBQ area.  Residents can also use the clubhouse, meeting room, and the private yard.  There is also a concierge, doorman, and resident manager available to assist in any needs that residents might need.
