Moana Kai is a townhouse complex that was built in 2005.  It is located in the center of Hawaii Kai next to the post office off of Keahole St. 

The homes have two to three bedrooms with either two or two and a half bathrooms.  Most of the homes are two stories.  There are seven different layouts to choose from and they range from 1,237 square feet to 1,729 square feet.  This means that they are all really spacious, and what is better is that they are all in near perfect condition because of their age.  All of the units come with their own garage and buyers can select from several options of amenities.  Every unit has air conditioning.

Some of these townhouses can be rented out during different seasons by the owners.  Many of them are only occupied for certain times a year and people interested taking a trip to Hawaii Kai can find sites that will let them rent one of these beautiful homes.

Each unit varies on what is available.  Some of the owners when they rent out their townhomes will allow pets, and others do not.  Amenities also vary in each place.
