One Waterfront Tower is actually made up of two towers.  They were built in 1990 and are named Mauka and Makai or mountain and ocean respectively.  They are named this for their positions to each of these locations.  The ownership here is a mix of leasehold and fee simple.  These are very impressive towers located in Honolulu.

This is an impressive condo tower.  The two towers make an impressive sight.  There are a number of amenities available for residents.  It also does not hurt that the area is extremely well suited to live in and most places are within walking distance.  These towers provide an excellent way of life for anyone interested in having a vacation home or having a permanent residence in Honolulu.
