Guide to Weddings in Waikiki

Couples who want to have romantic weddings can organize their wedding ceremony in Waikiki.  Waikiki is one of the best places where you can get hitched. If you want to organize a wedding in Waikiki, you have to hire a wedding planner. The wedding planner will coordinate all the wedding programs. If you hire a wedding coordinator, everything will be prepared when you and your fiancé arrives. There are many wedding coordinators in Waikiki. Before hiring, be sure to spend time to interview the wedding coordinators. You should call the wedding coordinator and ask them to provide references. The wedding coordinator should allow you to customize the wedding package according to your needs.

You can choose to have your wedding at the Waikiki Beach. Most of the weddings at the Waikiki beach are small. The wedding ceremonies can be held in any of the beach located in the Waikiki coast. If possible, you should find a beach that is not visited by many people. If the beach is crowded, there will be a lot of distractions. Some of the Waikiki beaches that are perfect for wedding include Kailua Beach, Makapuu Beach, Sunset Beach, Waimea Bay, Ali’i Beach and etc. These beaches offer picturesque scenery of the rocky coastline and distant islands. There are also many facilities at the Waikiki beaches such as restrooms, shaded areas and etc. Palm trees are common in Waikiki beaches.

Not all wedding coordinators are good. Sometimes, they will recommend beaches that are crowded to couples. Even if the wedding coordinator knows that the beach is not suitable, they will still recommend to the customers. You should gather a list of Waikiki beaches where you want your wedding to be held. After that, you should personally visit each of the Waikiki beaches to see whether it is suitable for your wedding. If you have friends who recently have a Waikiki beach wedding, you can ask them to provide recommendations on the best beach for holding wedding ceremony.

Before you can hold a wedding at the beach, you need to make sure you have the required permit. The wedding planner will request for the permit on your behalf. The beach permit is necessary for couples that want to get married in Waikiki. The wedding coordinator you hire must be professional and has years of experiences in organizing beach wedding. You must make sure that the wedding coordinator is licensed.
