Colony at the Peninsula Hawaii Kai

The Colony at Peninsula is four low rise towers built in 2005 in the only gated community in Hawaii Kai.  The blend of Hawaiian and Mediterranean architecture represents the area blend with the interior court yards located within the buildings.  Luxury living is what is expected for everyone that decides to live in this resort like community.

There are 208 units.  Residents can choose from one, two, or three bedrooms.  Each unit has granite countertops, lanais, air conditioning, and owners’ will get to choose what they would like in their individual units.  They can also have pets with the permission of the building managers.

All residents have the opportunity to use the two large swimming pools, exercise room, recreation room, and the park.  Koko Marina has all kinds of water parks available and is located directly in front of the community.  The beach is only a few minutes away.  Owners and guests will also be a short 14 miles from the airport and a short drive from Hanauma Bay. 

These condos are located within the gated community that also includes townhouses.  Owners can bring their boats with them or will not have to worry about finding a place for them if they choose to buy one.  With the marina being so near, residents can go out on the water at any time.  This is just one of the perks about living in such a nice community.
