Lanikai Beach, which is also called "Heavenly Waters," is a small secluded area located on Oahu near Kailua Beach. It is considered one of the more popular beaches in Hawaii. The ocean views in Lanikai Beach have some of the most dynamic colors coming from the ocean. The wind in Lanikai can be infamous, especially for people who enjoy windsurfing. The popularity of Lanikai Beach brings hundreds of windsurfers to the island every year. The summer months are the most popular for windsurfers, but the rest of the year, the island is calm, quiet, and secluded. It is a perfect paradise for people who do not enjoy urban style living. People who live in Lanikai real estate mostly live on the beach in beautiful luxurious villas and condominiums. The residents of this island enjoy many activities that include, snorkeling, swimming, golfing, and hiking. Residents can also lie around on the beautiful sands of the beach.

The bigger cities of Hawaii experience a lot of congestion with a large number of people, but Lanikai is nothing like that. Residents will experience many activities without the frustrations of large amounts of people. Even though people will not be living in a larger city, the island still has plenty of shops, restaurants, businesses, luxury hotels, and restaurants that are all in close proximity. People who live in Lanikai also have wonderful views of the Mokulua twin islands. The Mokulua islands are close enough for people to kayak a boat too. There are many activities that residents and vacationers can do on the island of Mokulua, such as paddling, kayaking, snorkeling, and surfing.  People can only kayak to the island of Mokulua, but the islands twin, Mokulki is off limits to all residents and visitors. It is a sanctuary for many bird species that are considered endangered species. The views from the twin islands are spectacular when viewed from Mokulua. There are also other smaller islands that people can kayak too that will allow visitors to interact with the beaches. These smaller islands are beautiful islands that people can choose to spend a day picnicking in quiet seclusion from the rest of the islands. Most people who visit Oahu, choose to visit Lanikai Beach as their last travel stop, but end up regretting it when they find how gorgeous, and secluded the area is. The beaches on Lanikai, as well as Mokulua have some of the softest sand out of all of the beaches in Hawaii.

People enjoy walking through the sand with their shoes off just to feel the soft fine texture on their bare feet. It is a true paradise for most vacationers and residents.  Whether people enjoy the large city life, or the more secluded lifestyle, people will find many reasons to vacation, and live in Hawaii. People will have plenty of real estate to choose from that are near the beaches, shopping centers, and restaurants. They will enjoy luxurious living on a paradise island where they will work during the day, and relax on their beautiful verandas at night. Hawaii is becoming one of the most sought after places to live in the United States. Condiminiums and town homes are being bought every few months from people who have spent their vacations on the many Hawaiian islands and fell in love with the areas. The spectacular views of the volcanic mountains, valleys, and oceans, keep people coming back to this paradise by the droves.

People who enjoy smaller cities will find solace in Lanikai Beach,  as their residence. They will still have access to the larger cities of Oahu and Honolulu for visits, and traveling to the airport. The real estate in Hawaii can be pricey in many places, but there are also areas that are more affordable. The more affordable type of real estate are villas, cottages, and town homes. The smaller homes can be affordable depending on the areas. Most of the more expensive areas in Hawaii are beach front properties that are located on the beach. These types of condominiums will cost a lot more than most other real estate properties due to the location. All of the communities in Hawaii are near shopping centers, malls, galleries, schools, and restaurants.
