Pacifica Honolulu Luxury Condos 

Pacifica Honolulu is Honolulu’s newest residential condominium. This high rise tower is located in the middle of Honolulu.  It is next door to the Moana Pacific at Kapiolani. It is also a few minutes away from the Ward Shopping Complex and the Ala Moana Shopping Center.  This tower was designed to be architecturally innovative and beautifully designed.  It was also created with the idea that residents can live in style and comfort.

The Pacifica Honolulu opened, in November 2011. Many of its one, two, and three bedroom units were rented to first time home buyers that were able to purchase their units at reduced rates because they qualified for affordable housing.  All but 19 of the 489 condos were sold before the doors opened. Those who were not first time home buyers bought their condos starting at $445,000 for one bedroom units.

Each unit will have a spectacular view of the Pacific. The rooms will overlook Diamond Head, West Oahu, and the Koolau Mountains.  These views will be available day and night with the panoramic double-glazed windows.  The tile on entry and in the bathrooms and kitchen is Italian porcelain. Custom carpeting has been laid down in the living room, hallways, and bedrooms.  The air conditioning is metered and individually controlled. All units have already been prewired for high-speed internet and cable television. The kitchens have granite countertop finishes, and all appliances are stainless steel.  A microwave is included in each unit.  The bathrooms have under mounted sinks and stone countertops. Each has custom features and chrome finishes. The bath is a soaking tub with shower.

The Oliver McMillan firm rescued this project and saw to it that it would be completed. After five years of ups and downs thanks to the home market crash and other finance problems, the tower was finally put into good hands when Oliver McMillan took over.

This is a 46 story building. It features an expansive recreation deck that includes infinity pools, cabanas, and fire pits.  There are also multiple open spaces available for family and friends. The condominium is also home to two movie theaters. There are different variations of parking for residents and seventeen spots are reserved for guests. Pets are also allowed, but the buyer must check with staff before bringing any into the building. Other amenities include a fitness center and a library.

The Pacifica Honolulu website has listed that reserved units will start at $350,000. They will continue taking applications until all of the remaining units have been sold. The specific deal is for two bedroom/ two bath condo units. They ask any interested parties to pick up applications at the front desk. 

The newest of Honolulu’s condominiums has gone above and beyond to make sure that residents enjoy the best comforts that life has to offer in style. Oliver McMillan saved this place from a sure doom and turned it into something more fantastic than anyone could have conceived.  This is sure to be a tough condominium to get into for many years to come.  Anyone thinking about living here one day should go ahead and get on the waiting list.
