The Windsor

The Windsor is a high-rise condominium located in Waikiki, Oahu.  The building was originally built in 1983.  This condominium was converted from the Hebron Hotel in 2003.  It was then completely remodeled a year later.

This 44 story building features 181 units that are one and two bedrooms.  The entrance of the building leads to a grand lobby with a waterfall.  There are six elevators to save time for residents.  Those that live here will also have their own parking spots and six parking spots have been set aside for guests of the building. 

There are many amenities in the building that can be taken advantage of by those who choose to call this place home.  For instance there is an open sky terrace that is available for residents that like to BBQ.  They can also take in the spectacular views.  There is also an exercise room, meeting room, pool, patio and deck, a putting green, and a recreation area.  Residents can also enjoy the paths that have been set aside for those who like to take walks or runs.  There is also a resident manager that will try to make sure that the people who live at The Windsor are very taken care of.

The entire building is non-smoking.  At least one pet is allowed per household.  It must not weigh any more than 25 pounds and the building manager must be made aware. 

This is also a very safe place to live.  Residents should feel very assured knowing that there is a security patrol and a security guard on the premises 24 hours a day and 7 days weeks.  All residents will have their own security key to allow them into the building and onto the elevators.  There are also cameras in public places to further protect residents from any kind of intruders.

The Windsor is in an ideal location.  People who choose to live here should feel comforted that they will be living in one of the best cities in the world.  The famous Waikiki beaches are only a five minute walk away.  There residents can enjoy numerous activities such as sail boating and the Ala Moana Beach Park.  World class restaurants are not very far no matter where the residents look.  They can also enjoy shopping at numerous shopping centers.  Downtown Honolulu is only about ten minutes away so anyone that works in the area should find this condominium very pleasant when it comes to travel.

The Windsor has a 60 percent owner occupancy rate.  This is a very beautiful place to call home.  However, those visiting can take advantage of this condominium as well.  Many owners do not live here year round and will rent out there condo in their absence.  Guests to the area can take in living in a spectacular environment on their stay in Waikiki.  They might even consider purchasing their own condo after their stay.
