Punchbowl real estate information

This community is an older one, which is based in and around the large crater that shares the name of the community, and is the home to the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific. The cooler climate caused by the altitude is home to individual houses and occasional apartment blocks, and offers a wonderful view over the communities that cover the area to the shore. Punchbowl is at the centre of Honolulu, and has convenient freeway access in both ways, and has direct road access to the downtown area of the city, including the State Capitol, the business district, City Hall and a large post office, where other government administration centres are located.

The majority of the city's restaurants, nightlife and shops are nearby in Honolulu's metro area, and Punchbowl itself has family grocery stores, along with the Nuuanu Shopping Plaza which contains a florist, restaurants, the Hungry Lion coffee house and a Laundromat. The nearest schools to Punchbowl are the Lincoln Elementary and Pauoa schools which will then feed into Kawananakoa and Stevenson middle schools, and culminate with Roosevelt High School which are all parts of the Roosevelt Complex school district.
