This is an area that is historic and takes pride in that history. Another fact about this area is that there are numerous ethnic groups here, and this is something that they pride themselves on. There are also some recreational sites to visit such as the Wahiawa State Freshwater Park that is going to offer a nice space for families to visit whenever they want. For those that move to the area with their family that has children, then they are going to go find that they are seven elementary schools to choose from that are a part of the Leilehua Complex school district. The elementary schools then go into the Wahiawa and Wheeler Middle Schools, then onto Leilehua High School.
