Waipahu offers plenty of golf and other recreational activities. Of course the Outlets at Waikele are only a 10-minute drive from Waipahu, so residents can enjoy excellent shopping as well.

The Real Estate scene in Waipahu is really starting to pick up, especially since there are so many amenities being built up around the area. It offers great island access to almost anything, as you can drive two minutes to the H1 exit and head west to the beaches, or east to the city of Honolulu.
